Where to get water pump rebuilt in annapolis

Alright, I have reviewed the compass marine method on how to rebuild a water pump (In fact, I have that exact pump) but I'm still a little nervous about it.

Can someone recommend somewhere cheap in annapolis to get the water pump rebuilt?

Well, since you took the effort to read how to fix it yourself, I assume you are interested in going that route. I would highly recommend you try to rebuild it yourself. Having the instructions from Main Sailing will only make it easier. You should be able to get all of the seals and bearings from a local bearing shop or I assume you can order a rebuild kit. However, if you take the old pieces to a bearing shop, you will see that there is nothing magical about it and they are just a bunch of off the shelf parts for the most part. If you need to replace that shaft, well then that will need to come from the pump supplier.

This is a very doable DIY project, so if you are looking to learn how to fix stuff yourself, this is a good place to start. Have fun and you will have a smile on your face after you are finished and it is back up and running.
