Re: Where do I buy Quality SS Screws

Fastenal, Jamestown, McMaster, Grainger...I'd trust them all more than the hardware stores. But I'd also ask them to confirm the source and the alloy and if they say "We don't know" cross them off the list.

Re: Where do I buy Quality SS Screws

I remember the days when everything made in Japan were junk. I also remember in the 70's to 90's, cars made in USA is crap. Things are changing.

Now Chinese made Goods are all junk, but Americans love buying it because we are cheap.

Wonder who will take China place in next 10 years.

Watch that! I liked the "tin" Japanese toys in the early 50s late 40s from the 5 and 10 cent stores. If China gets all the sh-- in one sock we are in financial trouble as if we aren't already.

Where do I buy Quality SS Screws

Bolt Depot will give you a nice baseball cap too.
Manufacturing will move to Mexico. Closer and cheaper wages than China soon.

Sent from an undisclosed location on the high seas or from the lounge chair by the pool, you decide.
