what's best for cleaning life caulk from the deck?

I made more of a mess than I should admit to and have some teak colored Lifecaulk that doesn't want to come off the molded in non skid on my deck. Any suggestions out there on what I should use to break it down? I'll also need to use a stiff brush to get down into the non skid good,

Acetone or lacquer thinner should soften it a bit. Use small screw drivers to scrape clean in the non-skid. It's picky work, after the Life Caulk has set up. Finish up with Turps, after you've got the most of it off.

I'm sure you already thought of this, but using masking tape around what you want to caulk can often save this kind of stuff from happening. No offense intended.

This stuff works, as does Marine Formula Dabond.

Pro tip: after spraying it on, cover it with plastic wrap and let it sit for an hour or so. Prevents evaporation and speeds the process.
