Waterproof catches -horizontal

I am trying to source an either, push to close, or compression cockpit hatch catch that has water-tight qualities.
I guess compression latches are easier to waterproof as they have a shaft
as opposed sliding mechanism of the push-to-close.
I bought 4 push-to-close M1 latches from southco but they they leak like a sieve. I will use them where leaking isn't a problem.
Anyone with proof of service in this field?

Re: Waterproof catches -horizontal

Heres a pic of my attempt. I didn't check for water tightness- too much happening! I will replace with compression latch if I can find a brand that is relatively watertight. What is stated & reality sometimes differs..

Anyone know where you can buy these apart from Italy?
