Stupid pump, anyways!

SUCCESS!

This morning, made a guesstimate on the adjustment, reassembled the fuel pump, and re-primed it.

It was fairly simple to dig out the remaining plastic plug of the Racor filter mount. Then bled the line.

With a little hope, I started the heater. It's took a little time to get to a nice hot flame. But it's burning hot and bright now!

This is amazing. I really did this! Not on the first try, not on the second, not on the third. But the fourth time it was correct. This is so far out of my comfort zone. This adventure is more than I have imagined already.
