Re: To My American Friends
So many fake and junk square headed screws and drivers. Most made in China. Real Robertson drivers are colour coded from yellow handle to green, red (#2) and black .Look at the handles. Yanks don't seem to have figured out this handy characteristic and the business end matches the appropriate screw. The Chinese manufacturers haven't figured this out either.

Oh Gawd help us. You are going to exile the losing presidential candidate to Canada.
I suppose it's only fair after Bieber & Celine

Wow, part of his campaign is based on making far better deals for the US with the rest of the world. Trading Bieber and Celine for her would prove it.

Man, you are so right. I hate those things. Windlass failed 3 days ago, had to remove a piece of trim that I hadn't removed before and it had those stupid square screws, which were a smaller size than the other stupid square screws on the boat. No way of getting it of without wrecking it grrrrrrr. Everyone has a Philips head screw driver.

Re: To My American Friends
There is also an orange size Robertson, smaller than yellow IIRC.
I have at least one of each size and 3 or 4 of the red and green. Being so commonly used, I keep a pair of red and green in specialty tool kits and multiple locations.
I usually throw out slot screws on sight, unless rare or valuable.

You had a 98% chance of stripping that lousy Phillips anyway.
On my previous boat it took almost 2 years to replace every screw on the boat with a Robbie. I'm in the process of doing it again on my Benford 38 fantail and the damn thing was built in Canada.

Versatility! Adaptability!
Or as my wife says: "Will you please just get the job done!"

And I can pull out my nose hairs with vice grips but the Roberson screw is vastly superior and was with a set of 4 drivers you can do all sizes.
