The boat was being held side-on to the wind by the tide so that may have encouraged the lean. From the image I can see that your bilge is warped. Just ask around your marina and see if anyone has a bilge bender you can borrow. If not, call West Marine. They're not in their catalog, you have to ask for them, I think Perko makes them.

Is a bilge bender anything like a beer bender? So, if ya have a bender then the bilge doesn't look so warped?
