The Cool Tool Thread

Hi, my name is George, and I'm a tool-aholic.....

If you find a cool tool that you have/want, post it up in this thread....

My latest cool tool is a Milwaukee Digital Inspection Camera

I have been craving one of these but the cost vs real need (meaning how often I really need to use it vs just wanting a cool tool that I would have to use only rarely) has put me off.

So did you find a cool deal on this cool tool?

$200 at Homer D....
so far:
  • retrieved lost valve shim from crankcase
  • spotted source of mold in bedroom wall at home
  • checked cylinder walls on engine using oil
  • found ring in drain pipe (and retrieved with nifty hook attachment)
  • found an up to now unknown metal flue pipe (and source of rain leak)

I'd say it has earned its keep!
