Surveyor in New Zealand

Just curious if anyone knows of a good marine surveyor in New Zealand. North Island, Auckland.

Boat has known issues (bulkhead rot, deck dlamination, saloon windows, etc.) but the broker won't release previous survey (was under contract, but buyer bailed after pre purchase survey). Long and short is that the price got lowered but broker isn't is the facilitating "mood".
