Does anyone knows of a VERY good surveyor in the Auckland area. Someone who knows sailboats and construction.

Very happy to recommend Mike Menzies (just Google him). He has done a pre-purchase inspection on my last 2 boats (Davidson 28 and Maxim 380). I thought he did a very thorough job, and he provided a detailed written report.
