Storing Water Tanks and Head

I will be off of the boat for about a month and a half and am wondering if it would be better to drain my two 35 gallon water tanks or if there is a way to treat them and leave them filled.

I am also wondering about what I should do with my head, my holding tank is put to sleep, but was wondering about how to deal with what little moisture is left in the head/plumbing.
