Sorcing bypass valve

Hi all, I need a bypass valve for the steering so that I can disengage the hydraulics when I set the wind-vane. To fit Seastar 3/8 lines that use 24 pitch ultra fine threads. Anyone know where I can get one or another way to do it. Only one I have found is by Vetus and they only do metric sizes.
