Solvent evaporated from 2 part awl grip like paint

So I had some 2 part liner polyurethane paint. Hempathane.

Came in a 5 gallon bucket. I had about 2 gallons left. I stored 1 gallon in a metal can, 18 months later it seems fine. I stored the other gallon in a plastic paint can. The solvents in the paint seemed to have been able to evaporate thru the plastic.

The pigment and thick paint leftover is still smooth and stirsbke but very thick. Wonder if I can thin this and it will still work. I assume the resins and important binding bits are still there.

The catalyst also seems fine and was stored in a jar. Just using it to paint a dinghy so not super crucial just don't want it to all bubble off in a few weeks.

Any paint experts, was going to use laquer thinner has don't have the hempel thinner available.

Especially if you mix the 2 pails together,no problem. However I would not use laq thinner. Use the reducers etc for LPU.
