Sikaflex 290 DC deck caulking kit problems

I refitted the deck caulking on my Jeanneau 37 ft 4 years ago.
In what I consider optimal condtitions: in a heated cabin where it was for an anti-osmosis treatment.

Took out the old kit with Fein dedicated tool.

used the Sika primer.

This summer I noticed some spots where the kit seems to melt in the sun.

I removed the kit in a number of "bad spots" and several tnes of centimeters around to replace.

It looks as if the kit is not well hardened, it is soft sticky and like melted until bottom of the groove.

really strange.....

Is it possible that due to applying it in a heated cabin hence low air humidity it has badly hardened (some polyurethanes harden due to air moisture)?
