Seward Gaz Oven Thermostat

Hi Folks,
getting to the point where boating starts to suck.....

Tonight my wife made her famous home made pizza, and now the oven thermostat since to quit working. There is plenty of propane, but the burner goes on and off - not reaching the desired temperature. Propane is something very unfamiliar to me (except changing bottles) and the manual of our Seward oven has no help trouble shooting page. Any idea???
