saildrive install

i am preparing to install the new saildrive and am looking for some advice (or assistance if anyone in the bay area has done a new sail drive install) regarding best practices and should do / must do.

there are always those lessons learned after doing something a few times that just make everything easier or whatever.

I have done many motor installs / swaps but never a saildrive install. i dont like drilling small holes in the boat never mind cutting big holes.

anyone have any guidance to share?

anyone have experience and want a few hours of work?
