Rub-rail

I am looking to replace the rubber rub-rail on a 1976 Meltem. The folks at Amel tell me that they don't inventory the item any longer and have been remarkably unhelpful in helping me to track down the manufacturer. The product is a
"U" shaped rubber that slips overthe hull/deck joint and is secured with nails. Can anyone offer any suggestion as to where I can source the rub-rail?

Re: Rub-rail

That is an unusual item. I guess the good news is that you are free to browse through the hundreds of extruded rubber rubrails on the market, and choose one that will fit. You could switch to a insert type, so that the nails don't show, as well.
