Restoring a FC sailboat- underbody with cpesp

I am in the middle of restoring a 65 foot ferro cement sailboat. Till now I am very happy with my progress.
I cleaned the underbody with a hot water pressure cleaner and got ritt of most
the old paint.
Before antifouling it would be neccesary to give the boat a kind of primer to seal the cement again I think.
The product I found for this is cpes.
Has anybody experience with this or has other ideas.
