Repairing bent davit mounting bracket

Hi guys, I have a SS rail which has davit mounting brackets. Unfortunately, the PO has backed the stern into something and bent the lower bracket off to the side, rendering them useless. Is it possible to rebend Stainless?

If you're referring to the dimpled tubing, you can probably unbolt the fitting, hammer a mandrel into it to remove the ding, & then redo the weld of the tubing to it's base. Since that kind of pounding will induce stresses, & possibly cracks into the weld.
Though the unit will never be as strong as it was originally. Well, unless you add gussets or lugs to the damaged area. Lugs, as in one’s akin to those used on bicycle frames made from steel tubing.

And, obviously, the welds for the mounting brackets for the davits will obviously need to be redone.
