Removing Cetol from Nonskid?

Folks despite best taping efforts, applying Cetol on cabintop handhelds--some seeped through to the nonskid. Very tough to remove and tidy up! Suggestions welcomed. Jack Lahr email jlahr@thomaspointassociates.com
