Raymarine hydraulic cylinder parts

Who makes/made the older (1990's) raymarine hydraulic cylinder and or pumps for the type 3 units. I have looked and searched but no joy. I need to pull the bypass valve and get it unstuck but I can't find any drawings or support for this unit and raymarine is beyond useless.

Thanks

Re: Raymarine hydraulic cylinder parts

I used non-Ray cylinders. They looked Vetus or a clone. Not sure who builds cylinders for Vetus though (poor built anyways).

Re: Raymarine hydraulic cylinder parts

Pull it apart and take all the Orings and seals down to your local hydraulics place and they will either have or be able to get replacements for you. These things are pretty well standard and most are made by big hydraulics manufacturers, Parker, for instance.
