There is a frigi-mar raw water
ac chiller system with a freshwater air handler side installed on the boat i am working on. It has come to my attention that the system may have been run with the seacocks closed because the previous crew was not aware that the refrigerator
side of the system was running off the same sea cock as the generator
What sort of damage could this cause?
Right now i have no issues with the system but i am preparing for a crossing and would like to rule
out potential problems
Also what sort of maintenance
should i be looking at for the system in general. What should i check/replace before going on a trans-atlantic crossing in 1 month?
