Prep for Caribbean summer haul out

First time storing the boat, 41' Jeanneau 2013, for hurricane season. Plan to use Jolly Harbor in Antigua. So to prep I plan to:

1. Store sails and canvas below
2. empty water tanks
3. treat fuel in tank
4. fog outboard, change gear lube
5. top up and switch off batteries
6. open all lockers and bilge covers

Questions - Deflate dinghy to store below, or leave some air and tie to deck?
Fill diesel tank all the way or less?
ventilation?
Preventative for infestation of insects or others?
Other engine prep like loosen v-belt?
Prep for sail drive?
Something I've left out?

thanks, AH
