Portlight Seals

Does anyone have round portlight seals made of EPDM sponge rubber that need replacing? I have found O-Ring cord for .39 per ft. that might fill the bill. 100 ft min order, I think I'm going to try it, mine is 5/16th round and will cost $39 plus shipping. The stuff can be found here if anyone is interested O-Ring Cord and Splicing Kits. This will be a heck of a lot cheaper then the $35 per port quote from Marine Supply for seals.
