Poor Service From A Marine Product Company....

Hi, It's rare that I have such poor service from a company that I feel a need to let another boater know of the situation. I'm kind of new to Cruiser's Forum.

1. Is this something that I should do on this site?

2. If so...which Forum would I post the notice in?

Thanks
Ken

Welcome aboard.

The mods on this site would be best to answer your question, because this forum does not allow for vendor bashing.

However, you could hint as to who they are and where are they located and tell us how were you wronged by them. Try to be specific and factual, leave emotions and assumptions aside.

So start typing.

1. Yes

2. Post it in Product or Service Review Forum
which is located under Engineering & Systems.
Be sure to read the guidelines for that catagory.

99% (+?) of the members probably won't ever come accross the Vendor - but the circumstances / business practices could apply far more widely........so IMO writing things up ommiting names would serve as much (if not more) purpose. Besides, you can always fill in the blanks by PM - and probably also leave enough clues in the thread for those in your locale.
