PERKINS Whisperer-- in Kemah, Texas...

We are looking for a Perkins Whisperer in Kemah/Seabrook area... Have a 55HP Perkins 4-108 that needs some careful and tender service. We have been told by two disel mechanics to "Not trust the 'average Joe' mechanic on this job. We are looking for some boat owners down there with knowledge of an AWESOME mechanic with expereince with Perkins-- Y.E.S. doesn't repair Perkins anymore in that area.

Would love to hear--
1)-People to steer clear of, PM me so we're not starting WW3 here
2) Folks that you would recommend that YOU have trusted your PERKINS with...

Yeah--- Appreciate the note Zee-- ONLY looking for LOCAL Resources in Galveston ISLAND or Kemah/Seabrook area... I KNOW there has got to be a GURU that charges an arm and a leg-- but WORTH every penny... (I am prolly dreaming here folks--old-school expertise still exist these days?)
