Hello all,
I hope this is the correct section for my question.
We have a (somewhat rusty)
steel exhaust pipe that needs some
paint. We have tried zinc primer, but it just peels off. We are thinking of trying Blue
Steel primer, but we do not seem to be able to get information about its ability to withstand heat.
Does anyone know if Blue Steel primer can handle heat (after it dries, of course)?
Alternatively, what is a good primer for a steel
exhaust pipe? We have a dry exhaust.
Cheers, ....Erik.
