Oversized Phillips head bolts

The front cleat on my Catalina 36 is mounting using 4 large heavy stainless steel bolts. They have a large Phillips head slots on the top and then under the deck use washers and bolts.

The problem I am having is that the largest phillips head bit I can find is a #3 which is dwarfed by the slot and I cannot get enough purchase on the bolt to remove the bolts underneath. It there a source for oversized phillips head bits that anyone knows of? I have tried marine stores that sell the same bolts, numerous specialty bolt and tool sellers but nothing has turned up.

There are big ones available. Not sure where to steer you though. I've got a huge Phillips screwdriver with a hex flat section to put your wrench on, not sure where it came from though.

Look for the black sockets and accessories in the tools section.

Autoparts store. Get a cheap impact screwdriver set.

If you can get the hang of using one, that and proper technique will remove about anything.
