'Oh Joy' and 'Lady J' Are Now Roommates

Ok, busy, busy day. We pick up a Kettenburg K-40 and moved the boats into the new building so now the Lady J and Oh Joy are roomies. I must say, the Lady J looked good in the sunshine and this was the first time I've seen the entire boat since she went in but I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.

The new building

Lady J makes the trip.

So, there ya have it. The girls are sharing a house until at least April.

Thanks. I do love my work. Much more satisfying than sitting in front of a box all day. May not pay as well but so worth it in every other way.

Sweet! Your work and the patience it requires are an inspiration.

Charlie, she looks fabulous but I gotta ask.... 4th photo, direct view of the transom. Are those bubbles under the veneer or is it just an optical illusion? They don't seem to be visible on the second stern quarter shot.

Yep, unfortunately, I have a couple of those to fix with epoxy injection. They should pose no problem when I'm done, considering the amount of epoxy and varnish over the top and edges.
