Need to change HilleRange top burners

Can anyone tell me why these costly marine ovens can't put in 10,000 btu burners like everyone else? I just don't understand it. It takes forever to boil water and I can't ever get a high heat for steaks or fish or anything that needs to cook high and fast.
Is it possible to remove old burners and put new 10,000 btu burners in there? Where could I get the parts? You guys are so smart at stuff like this, hope I get encouraging replies. Thanks to all.

How about changing, or drilling out the burner's nozzle just a tiny bit?
If the diameter is a bit too large, fill it with solder and shake it while still liquid and it will assume a slightly smaller diameter.
(We're talking very small differences here)
I did that with a propane barbecue years ago and it worked fine.

McMaster-Carr and others have a set of drills, sized 61-75 for drilling out carburetor jets. The previous post tells how to make the jets slightly smaller.
