Mystery Tp Holder

I have looked everywhere trying to find a toilet paper holder similar to this one to install in our boat...with no success!

Any help in identifying this holder would be appreciated (maybe a source to purchase)

Thanks all!!!

Re: Mystery Tp Holder

NOT what you want!

Trust me, your inability to find one has saved you from yourself...'cuz the last thing you want on a boat is a TP holder that leaves the TP exposed to water...shower water, splash from the sink, a splash from a wave through an open porthole...in fact the TP in that photo even looks a bit like it's been sprinkled more than a bit.

Buy a TP holder that has at least a prayer of keeping your paper dry!

Re: Mystery Tp Holder

We have two of them on our boat (two heads).

Like yours, ours are mounted on the back of a cabinet door. No chance of a shower, sink or porthole splash unless someone opens the cabinet door while showering, shaving, or underway with the porthole open.

Can't help you with the make, but that one on Amazon looks similar.

Yours looks perfectly usable - are you looking to "double gun"? I don't think I ever want to eat over on your boat if that is so!

Re: Mystery Tp Holder

I dunno...I take my TP out of the head when I shower. Seems to me to be a good design since you can take the paper off in a second and get it out of harms way. I see these clunky plastic shielded things and think..."what a waste of space"

I think the picture is of the holder mounted to the inside of a locker door so paper is not exposed all the time. That's what we did and it saved some space too. No problems so far.

Re: Mystery Tp Holder

Thanks to all for all your help!

The Tp holder is on a friend's boat, inside a cabinet door. This keep all water off the paper. I removed an "exposed" roll holder from our cabinet and decided to install it inside the locker door. I will try some of these sources, seem pretty obvious and readily available!

Cheers
Ovi
