Mount solar/davits in USVI

In a few months my 41' mono will finish its charter contract in Tortola. I intend to live aboard, and do not want to run the engine in order to charge batteries for the reefer. Looking for recommendations for a facility to construct and install a superstructure to hold solar panels, wind generator, and function as dinghy lift. I expect to go to St. Thomas for this. Have any of you done this? Will appreciate hearing about your experiences. Thanks.
