Minimum Rebedding Temperature

I have a lot of rebedding to do before mid April. What's the lowest temperature I should tackle this project in? I will probably use Life-Calk.

Re: Minimum Rebedding Temperature

I would call the manufacturer. I'm not too fond of Life-Caulk which the last I heard had too many inert fillers.

What are you caulking? 3M 5200 or 6200 might be more suitable...it depends.

Check out this link. I don't think temperature is a concern with this method, although it has been a while since I've read the entire article. I am about to embark on a rebedding project using this method.

If you decide to go this route, buy the butyl tape from him. Helps to support a very useful site.
