Mercury Rhino Inflatable

I have blown the bow seam out. No luck on using the 1 part glue or 3 M 5200 on the seam. I am wondering about re-gluing with the 1 part glue and using a seam tape of some sort. Any suggestions on what kind of tape. The 5200 is messy, but did a good job on the tube tabs, and touch ups all around.

The inflatable has not been well care for and is " new " to me.
