Arrow Maintaining Powder-Coated Mast and Boom

My spars are all powder coated black, now after a few years I would like shine it up a bit.

I waxed it when new that is not an an issue,

Any idea what can be used to clean the surface, take out minor surface scratches and general dirt without harming the surface?
