Main Salon Conversion

My Allied Mistress 39 had a drop down from-the-bulkhead table and straight settees in the main salon. I changed it to a "U" shaped settee and a drop down to make a bunk table.

That looks really great! I fantasize about doing something similar but for my darned curved settees and I would have to lose too much of what I love about the interior- immaculate teak. Like the lighter upholestery too, really brightens up the salon.

Nice job, the lighter colours do really lift it and give a more contempory feel as well.

Thanks for the compliments.
With the white upholstery and white table top, the boat LITERALLY looks twice as big.
I had bought teak plywood and teak veneer for the bulkheads but since we have it up for sale, I dont want to mess with it anymore.
The existing wood grained formica bulkheads at 100 yards away still looks like wood grained formica.
