Looking for plans for a boat mover

I have seen some purpose built boats that have an outboard mounted midships that can swivel 360 degrees, Anyone ever seen any plans/drawings for building one?

Thanx

The small (2.5, 3.3, 4, & 5 HP) Mercury Outboards have 360-degree steering.
Mount at transom or in a well.
