Hydraulic engineering advice required

I have a 66' yacht under construction in SE Queensland, Australia approaching systems installation. I have a clear idea of my requirements for hydraulic power and have acquired some core equipment. I am finding it difficult to find anyone with hydraulic expertise at the design level who, for instance, can give input into manifold design, electric switching, piping specs and the like. The person does not need to live in Australia, just be competent, interested and available. Professional fees of course. Anyone interested, know of anyone or dealt with useful company? Thanks
