Hunter 38 - interior trim removal how-to?

I need to rebed and solidify 2 stanchions base on a 2007 Hunter38, I need to access behind the trim but can't figure out how its holding unless I really start removing parts.. Before I waste time any input on how to remove the white band in this picture (behind budda)

Thank you!
