How to Spread Load Between Hull Frames?

hi I was hoping to thru link some hull frames, in order to spread the load from the deck winch, backwards.

what should I use?

1 threaded rod?
2 turnbuckles?
3 dyneema with a ?tightening arrangement?
4 timber stretchers?

any ideas welcome!

you need to reinforce the winch base structure against side loads.

could try epoxy in some plywood "baffels" or make up aluminium plates bent 90 deg at the top and bottom then through bolted,ideally trying not to introduce sources for potential leaks.

A stringer under the deck connecting the frames. You can buy it as glass covered foam ready to be glassed in.
