Thanks for the welcome. I am an old Minnesota boy, growing up in Duluth, though now retired, I live in the wild west, Cheyenne, WY. All of my sailing experience (35 years) has been in the Caribbean, but I am now looking at a 37' Islander Pilot House on Lake Superior for summer sailing on the Great Lakes. How much trouble is a "no tides / no current / no fog / warm water" sailor getting himself into? gts1544 / George
