4 and 5 are both bearings. The 6203 is common in electrical motors. I've replaced many of that number being a sealed 2RS bearing I'd suggest if you use it gently used a pick pull the seal off and add some grease to it to prolong life.

The cup on 4 and 5 is also a bearing. I see the little needles in there. Possible for the end of something. Keep a eye out for something looking similar that has a spinning shaft.
