Boat: Morgan 41 Out Island Ketch

Help: Ball Park Figure

What would a ball park figure be to take down masts (ketch), haul out, move 3 miles, winterize diesel, gen set, a/c system and freshwater system. The boat is a 1974 Morgan Out Island 41'.

Where is the boat?
How much of this work are you doing your self?
Is the 3 mile move over land?
