Hatch Gaskets

I have 9 Vetus "Libero" hatches that I will be refurbishig soon but am having trouble locating gasket material. I can get them from Vetus but will have to spend $140 ($6/yd). As I am a cheap SOB I have tried to get around this by checking suppliers such as McMaster and Carr but can't find the exact size (5/16 x 3/8 or 8 x 10mm). I know, $140 for 9 hatches is not a lot in the grand scheme of things, but I can't help but think there is a cheaper supplier out there. Anybody know of a gasket shop that can do better?
