Harkin #1 Furler parts

My North Sail/Harken #1 Furler has lost the Foil Keeper part on the Drum, during a race both bolts came out and it went in the drink. I know that Harken no longer supports this item with exception of the foil pins and bearings. Does anyone know of a source for this part?

Or if someone has the drawings for this part. My foil right now is turned and caught in the drum that will require me to drop the sail and try to return it to the right position in the drum. But I am going to wait to end of season unless I am able to get the part or the drawings to have a machine shop make one. Also what metal was used to make this item, Steel, SS or Aluminum???
