Harken Furler Wwivel Twisted

Series one Harken furler made in 1987.The bottom part of the swivel has twisted.The tang,to which the jib is attached,has rotated off center.This tang should be in line with the foil grooves.The swivel still slides up and down the foil and rotates great.So the furler still operates.Just wondering if this is repairable.I know it is replaceable.I put some wrenches on it and applied a bit of force and it doesn't want to come back in line.
