You're right. I had forgotten about that. Adolfo Gonzales is the man to see there. It may be complicated due to the fact that it would be one gov agency (Fonatur/Singlar) against another. The with the concept of the Singlar marinas built for the cruisers, hopefully they would like to avoid a poke in the eye.

I am in So Cal now and may not be back down for some weeks or months. So I'm trying to hook up with Ross Marine (surveyor) in La Paz to get things started. If anybody can give me Dennis email address I'd appreaciate it.

Brian cramp here. From the Mexico thread I was also reminded of the Club Cruiseros website, which had Ross Marine address in the services section.
