Anyone have some advice on where good on-land storage during hurricane season would be in the Grenadines or Grenada? Boat owner was looking at Rodney Bay, St Lucia but wants to see if there are other, more "cost effective" options further down island. The boat is a 50' Sun Odyssey with draft of 5 1/2 feet.

Grenada Marine at St Davids Harbour in Grenada would be my option.
Thanks again for the info, Jedi. We're sitting here in St. Lucia mulling over alternatives and found Spice Island Marina. Their prices are really low almost to the point of being suspicious. Do you or anyone else who reads this know anything about the marina.

You had not said that "cheap" was a requirement. I know nothing of cheap places, sorry.

Yes, I do. In 2004 hurricane Ivan wrecked this marina with damage to about 170 boats.
Thank you, Meirriba, for the information, which the boat owner will find invaluable. The article provides an excellent description of the reason for cost variances and their consequences.
