Glue silicone to fiberglass.

I need to glue some platinum cured silicone to fiberglass. Any ideas?

What is platinum cured silicone?
Silicone is usually considered a very bad thing on fiberglass as it apparently contains some kind of oil or something, once you use silicone, nothing else will adhere, and I do not know how difficult that layer of whatever is to remove, but it must be pretty pervasive.
