Glossy or Satin on Fishing Boat / Floor Color

Hello,
I am refurbishing an old fiberglass 14 foot fishing boat. It has wood trim, wood seats, wood front panel and wood back panel.

I just finished putting epoxy on all the wood now I need to varnish.

GLOSSY OR SATIN??

as it will all be exposed to sunlight- will glossy reflect alot ??

INSIDE BOAT- I am having someone put a non-skid epoxy floor in the the boat- What color is best?? he says he can make it any color- which color reflects least amount of light/ attracts least amount??

I am trying to find a good "GREEN" color for the outside. Currently it is a seafoam green. BUt I can not find that color anywhere- any suggestions of a good green??

Thank you so much for all you help in trying to restore a family heirloom.
